Preferred Milk Hi-Bak 260
HI-BAK 260 is an all purpose non-fat dried milk replacer that duplicates the functions and characteristics of non-fat dry milk. This is our #1 selling formula. Although specifically formulated for use in cakes, sweet doughs and all varieties of delicately baked goods, this versatile dairy product functions equally as well as a non-fat dried milk replacer in bread, rolls and buns. Usually the higher price replacer of the three Hi-Bak products due to the delicate baking properties, Hi-Bak 260 replaces non-fat dry milk on a pound-for-pound basis; no changes in formulation are required.
When tested in sponge cakes the test results showed the crust color was slightly lighter with the 260 product but baking characteristics were identical to non-fat dried milk!

| STORAGE/ SHELF LIFE/ DATE CODING | The shelf life for Hi-Bak 260 is 12 months from the date of production. To guarantee freshness it is recommended Preferred Milks are stored at a room temperature of 40-50 degrees and a maximum 50% humidity. |
| KOSHER CERTIFICATIONS | Preferred Milks Hi-Bak 260 is certified kosher dairy by the Orthodox Union. |
