ABOUT OUR COMPANY


The Kelly Flour Company was founded in 1919 by Joseph Kelly as a flour brokerage company in Chicago.

Chickadee's Kel Yolk and Thel Egg products were originally formulated in 1955.
   The products were developed as liquid and dry egg replacers to provide economic alternatives to the high cost of eggs originally in
   cookie formulations.

Preferred Milk's Hi-Bak products were developed as a replacer and low cost alternative to the high cost of non-fat dried milk in all baking applications.
