Product Specifications

HI-BAK 260 is an all-purpose milk replacer that duplicates the functions and characteristics of nonfat dry milk. Although specifically formulated for use in cakes, sweet doughs and all varieties of delicately baked goods, this versatile dairy product functions equally as well as a milk replacer in bread, rolls and buns. HI-BAK 260 replaces nonfat dry milk on a pound for pound basis; no changes in formulation are required.
