Packaging & Storage
KEL-YOLK R is packed in 50 lb. corrugated double wall cartons (33 lb. high humidity medium, clay white liner) with interior polyethylene liners to guarantee freshness. Store in a cool, dry environment for up to thirty (30) days. A temperature of 45°F to 50°F and 50% humidity are recommended up to six (6) months.

Kosher Certification
KEL-YOLK R is certified kosher by the Union Orthodox and bears the OU Dairy symbol.
