Packaging & Storage KEL-YOLK J is packed in 50 lb. corrugated double wall cartons (33 lb. high humidity medium, clay white liner) with interior polyethylene liners to guarantee freshness. Store at room temperature for up to thirty days. A temperature of 45° to 50°F. and 50% humidity are recommended for longer storage periods. Kosher Certification HI-BAK 260 is certified kosher by the Union Orthodox and bears the OU Dairy symbol.
