Every lot of every product we manufacture is tested for Salmonella on a daily basis by an independent, nationally recognized laboratory. Our products cannot be shipped until the Salmonella analysis is complete and the product has tested negative. The Salmonella analyses are maintained on file for two years.
Copies are available upon request. Presumptive testing
can be done immediately on site.
Specifications exist for every finished product manufactured by the company. To assure that our blends meet these specifications, samples are periodically drawn and chemically tested by an independent, nationally recognized laboratory.
Baking tests are also periodically conducted by another independent baking laboratory to assure that our blends perform in a consistent and reliable manner. New product formulations are always subjected to bake tests before we market them to the public.
Certificates of Analysis (COA) are provided for every shipment of our products. The COA will usually accompany the bill-of-lading or it can be faxed to the customer upon his or her request.
To meet the needs of our customers Oxy Dry Food Blends, Inc. has in operation a full-time
laboratory. The services of the lab and personnel are here to serve you. We have a wide array
of testing procedures available for raw materials, finished product and environmental hygiene
verification. All product testing methods are verified on a quarterly basis by an outside
lab source.
